Vintage chip/dale halloween costume outfit with mask 1960s? . After researching this, im pretty sure its a 1960s chip or dale costume- they looked alot different in the 60s. The 1970s started the look they have today. The pants and shirt do have some staining on them but it would not show up in pictures. The staining is not very noticeable.
