This listing is for the 4 very cool unused (or very little use) costume party hats with a cardboard brim of witch, jack o lantern (jol), black cat, owl, bat, stars. They have some really cool features… The rim is a harder plastic. The top part is a thinner plastic so you can shape the hoboness of this to be different for each person! – The cardboard bands are overall clean and stapled down onto the hats. You could actually replace that trim with trim of any holiday, but these are the original halloween bands. Rare to get a set of 4 like this. They measure approx 3.75 tall unless they are extended up. The rims measure approx 1.5. The circumference inside measures approx 20.75″ and 6.26″ x 6.75. The elastic neck string is old and still stretches but doesn’t have too much resistance as they never really did. One string is broken. Powered by SixBit’s eCommerce Solution.
