Item fully funtions with no flaws mechanically. Shoulder turn has been rewired to head turn, so he turns more during his activation. Item does the following: Head turns side to side, eyes shift, body turns, arm tilts chainsaw, and blade spins on the chainsaw. You can hook up an external speaker to really scare people. The wig on the head COMPLETELY covers the hole in the back of the head. You cant tell from any angle as long as the wig is down all the way. Also, chainsaw has a small crack down the side, but doesn’t hinder movement. This guy is HUGE. Hes very wide and menacing. Thanks for looking and please feel free to ask any questions you may have! Life Size Animatronic Leatherface Gemmy Texas Chainsaw Massacre
Leatherface is cosmetically great with the exception of his left arm being broke at the shoulder and some minor apron wear from age. I rigged the arm back together with some zip ties to hold it up. The right arm mechanic is funky and possibly broken. The animation isn’t quite right overall and sounds wonky. His eyes move and the chainsaw blade moves but overall its wonky. Im not sure why or how. It was never quite right when i bought him. The sound has to be hooked up to an aux. The pins to hold his hand on is missing but they stay decently on their own; easy fix. His apron has some mild peeling from age. He will be best being displayed as a static prop. His collapse feature works but takes some wiggling and such. Has been around pets and smoke.
