Life Size Animatronic Leatherface Gemmy Texas Chainsaw Massacre
Leatherface is cosmetically great with the exception of his left arm being broke at the shoulder and some minor apron wear from age. I rigged the arm back together with some zip ties to hold it up. The right arm mechanic is funky and possibly broken. The animation isn’t quite right overall and sounds wonky. His eyes move and the chainsaw blade moves but overall its wonky. Im not sure why or how. It was never quite right when i bought him. The sound has to be hooked up to an aux. The pins to hold his hand on is missing but they stay decently on their own; easy fix. His apron has some mild peeling from age. He will be best being displayed as a static prop. His collapse feature works but takes some wiggling and such. Has been around pets and smoke. Up for sale is my JC DB2 Michael Myers Mask. Latex and mask is in perfect condition. Mask is roughly 24.5 Mask was overhauled by James Carter in 2019. Always kept behind glass and never worn. Mask in pictures is mask you will receive. This mask is right up their with the 4 Stamp. Beckstrom Myers II p(Dennis Beckstrom) Made by long time Don Post Studios employee, Dennis Beckstrom, this mask took approximately two and a half years to sculpt. The mask was first made as a Kirk, done by studying every photo of a’75 Kirk Dennis could find, as well as photos he took of the’75 Kirk. The result was a beautiful Myers mask that retained every little nuance of the original’75 Kirk. Today, about half of the DB2’s have been altered and only 4 are still in original condition. His smock is shedding little pieces as the paint and vinyl fall off. No sound, and not much movement, he only turns his head. No power supply included. Ultra Rare Gemmy Life-sized 2006 Leatherface Animated Halloween Animatronic Prop
This ULTRA-RARE, impossible-to-find, life-sized Leatherface animatronic Halloween prop (made by Gemmy in 2006) is in MINT CONDITION. There is not one scratch, dent or defect anywhere at all on this item. Everything moves/sounds as it should, and it is in its original, perfect working order – i. Chainsaw blade moves, torso twists, eyes move left to right, sounds of screams/chainsaw buzzing emanate when portable speaker is plugged in, etc. The ONLY thing this item doesn’t have included is the original box. Also, interesting to note is that the 2006 version was manufactured with brown eyes, but the 2007 version has, for unknown reasons, red eyes. In addition, likely due to budget limits, the 2007 version has a noticeably less sculpted head without any eyebrows, and less paint on the face and body. THIS ITEM HAS BROWN EYES AND IS THE ORIGINAL 2006 VERSION. I just uploaded a short clip on YouTube so that you can see for yourself the condition and quality of this item. His head turns from side to side (but it does make noise) The saw has no chain but it does make the sounds (but not chainsaw sounds). And moves up and down. HIS LEFT SHOULDER IS BROKEN. AND WOULD NEED TO BE REPAIRED. (I DON’T KNOW IF IT IS BROKEN OR I JUST DON’T KNOW HOW TO ATTACH IT). His body does not turn from side to side. BECAUSE OF HIS SIZE. How great he would look standing next to your door or fireplace as the trick or treaters come on Halloween night or for that great Halloween party. I do test and describe every piece the best I can……… You don’t have to place an order and hope you will get it in a few months. He will compact down to about 36 inches tall when stored in his box.
