The actual outfit is ditry and worn, but the top vinyl part with the monster on it is still in good shape. The window of the box is loose on 3 sides.

Being offered is a very nice vintage Halloween costume. It is from HR Puff N Stuff WITCHIEPOO. It is complete with the mask and the outfit. The box is missing. It’s cello cover from the window and has several major tears in the box one being on the left side and the other being in the right lower corner. To me the box still displays nicely as you can lineup the tears and if you want, you probably could even put some tape on the inside underneath the support where the terrors are and make it very nice. The box is also a little bit out of shape. The mask itself I see three small tears and are not very obvious to their location. There’s a little bit of paint loss on the top of her hat is shown, but again, not nearly as obvious in person as it is in the blown up photo. The outfit itself I don’t know if it’s ever been worn still has the vinyl smell to it and I would say it verges on minty as there is no soil marks, no tears or any other signs of use. The tag says large 12 to 14 year and says it fits a child up to 51 inches to 56 inches tall. Also still has the price tag on the upper right hand corner of the box really cool vintage Halloween stuff from a highly collectible show of days gone by.

Box has some damage and folding and missing the plastic over the cut-out. Costume has some staining and creasing and folding. Mask looks great and has the draw-string as well. I think there’s a chance that the mask and costume are from different sets but I can’t confirm.
