Vtg 20s-30s Childrens Halloween Romper Clown Witch Ruffles Medium
This was definitely handmade and some of the stitching/cutting is a little off due to that fact. Specifically the neck ruffles are asymetrical. The elastic in the arms is no longer stretchy but the legs do still have good stretch in them. There is no size tag but would probably fit best on a child in the 6-8 range, (Was just slightly small on my 8 year old daughter) but please see measurements to ensure a proper fit.
