This appears to be a generation one mask with cotton tshirt hood, side lines along cheeks are visible, eyes are irregularly shaped, there are the 3 dimples in the mouth, the nose is a bit twisted. The cotton hood has a split in the seam at the top of head and an old stitched area on seam at the lower back. There’s a couple of tiny holes in cotton fabric behind the chin where it attaches.
