This has been on here for over two years. NO ONE has had a complete set on here in that time. You never see many of the pieces offered in mint condition AT ALL. The train pieces are so scarce! Again all Styrofoam cases, certificates, bonus pieces and NO CHIPS! First of all, THIS IS THE REAL DEAL. I have absolutely everything. For almost 400 dollars! In a way it is because this is an INCREDIBLY hard set to get now. SMH This is the entire set: all 22 houses, all the accessory sets, all the train pieces, and the gate too. I have a few Munster pieces I will throw in as well as some trees by Hawthorne Village and whatever else I have available. Let me know if you have ANY questions at all.
