Rare, official Target Bullseye mascot head. Just the head, not the full costume. Vision is through the eyes and mouth. Head is in nice shape, but the eye (originally red) was painted black and there’s some minor wear to the nose that does not affect vision.

Issues with left stirrups tan area where the catcus is. Two blue pads where with it. Maybe a parent made them to help the costume fit better? Not sure but will be included.
