VINTAGE BARNACLE BILL HALLOWEEN COSTUME BEN COOPER C. 1963 SCARCE Overall, a very good example of a scarce and unusual costume. Mask and body suit are nice. Suit has some wear and spotting but it displays very well. The mask is nice too but could use a cleaning. Head band is a replacement. The box is solid and displayable with some tearing.
