Item will be packed professionally and come insured. He is in good condition. I bought new from Spencers years ago. He’s either been displayed or stored away. He has been exposed to smoke and pets in the past. He has been tested and works fine but will need an AC cord. The plastic on the base of his head has a piece of plastic chipped off near a screw; not noticeable when displayed and doesn’t affect anything. Please let me know if you have any questions.
