Thinking the holes can be somewhat mended. Obvious holes include 8″ across crotch, 8″ slit on bottom of right leg liner type fabric. Smaller tear on other side. A couple faint white streaks at left side neckline. Neckline fabric worn torn at drawstring as shown. A couple of small holes. Hat cardboard is broken and other lesser antique wear. Hat has a die cut witch on broom and a band of jack o lanterns around the entire bottom. This was the marking used in the 1920’s by Beistle. The die cut witch has a very small fold mark on it, see pictures for details. Has never been used though, appears to be NOS. Hat also has crepe tassles along the top. Welcome to a sale by. Keith’s Antiques and Collectibles. Little Orphan Annie Halloween Costume Dress. Here is a fantastic old Little Orphan Annie Dress Halloween Costume. Or should I say Leapin Lizards! That was over 10 years ago as well! So we decided that we would part with this. This dress is estimated to be from the late 1920s or early 1930s. The appraisal was from an episode at the. And I believe was episode #614. This is what I believe to be a Halloween costume, or dress-up toy. It is a red/pink dress with a 2. The collar shows pictures of. The chest says Leapin Lizards its Little Orphan Annie and the pocket has a picture of Little Orphan Annie saying Leapin Lizards and. It then says Famous Artists Syndicate in an orange ball. The dress is in good condition. It does have some flaws as I will try to note. The collar has some brown staining (we have not tried to clean or alter this dress in any way). The pocket has some slight brown staining. There are a few loose threads dangling on the bottom. There is one small piece of the gold stitching on the inner pleat missing and it appears that one fastener in the back may be missing.
