For sale is this lovely black and pink Victorian ballgown costume. Handmade from high quality materials. The dress is made of stretch crushed velvet and has a lovely shimmer to it. The bodice is lined and there is a hook and eye and zipper closure in the back. Lovely pink satin flowers and ruffles make this a very eye-catching gothic dress. As the dress is made of stretch materials, it has a bit of give. Measurements (while flat, double for actual measurements): Bust: (unstretched) 20 1/2 (stretched) 22 1/2 Waist: (unstretched) 19 (stretched) 20 Hip: (unstretched) 20 (stretched) 22 1/2 This is a petite dress, but it is made to wear over a hoop skirt, which is not included.
