An antique 1920s Halloween party hat. 11 tall with nice fringe with an owl face. Fabulously still in good condition for the age. The paper is very strong with no tears or holes; and color is still very vibrant orange. The black paper tassel on top is still intact but fragile and shouldn’t be handled much. The hat, in my opinion, should not be worn in order to preserve it. Although the paper is thick and durable, it will rip if handled and used too much. I believe this is was made by Marks Brothers; but I can not be sure because there is no marking.
