This mask comes from an original vintage mold and is a modern pull finished by Don Post lead artist, Rob Tharp. This mask was from the un-produced 800 Line and was originally sculpted by Pat Newman in the 60’s but never made it to production. This is a Don Post mask that was never produced in the 60’s, but a few are floating around now. It was sculpted and molded in the 60’s, but never released and this is from the first actual production of this mask several years ago. A different molded hair version was produced, but is not as cool as this, which is probably the best Cousin Eerie mask ever made. Cousin Eerie was the host of Eerie Magazine from Warren Publications and is now still being used by Dark Horse comics as a comic host. Super condition on this, I forget who painted it.
