1 Re-designed from materials from late 1800s to early 1900s. Skirt is hand-made with 1800s beadings, shear fabrics, ribbons, and other miscellaneous turn of the century fabrics. Skirt fits Petite to Small and has attached hand-made belt with vintage black roses on detachable clip. Skirt fits front area Only with ribbon belt extending to back. 2 Included Sequins Jacket (hand-sewn in with stretchable top is included). 3 Mask is also included. Breast: 32″ – 34″. Waist: 24″ – 26″. Hat: Late 1800s – Early 1900s Original Black Velvet Hat has been cleaned and restored w/Original Beads, and updated with shear fabric ribbons. [I was pleased with the re-design of the hat]. After completion, it resembled a 1930’s hat of that era, which led me create the costume. Please Note : I love restoring vintage & antique clothing to fit a more modernized time.
