Mint Condition VERY VERY RARE. Lemax Spooky Town Collection. Styrofoam, velcro strap and Box. NOTE: This is NOT the same as the common Haunted Mansion Spookytown Building. Photo is stock however please feel free to message me for actual. Pictures of this item (prior to purchasing). Box has superficial damage but has been neatly repaired. This is only the 2nd time I have come across this RARE building in 13 years. Others out there, I have never come across them. Extremely difficult to find this building anywhere.
